CLEMENTINE CROOKS
HR Specialist & Owner
Clementine Crooks holds a Master’s in Leadership with a specialization in Health Care and brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience, both internally and within a consulting capacity. Her consulting work has included supporting hundreds of organizations across key HR functions, primarily in the areas of recruitment, policy development, organizational development, strategic planning, outplacement, and learning and development.
For the past 10 years, Clementine has focused her work exclusively in the field of career transition, developing deep expertise in career positioning, resume strategy, and translating professional experience into clear, compelling career narratives. This work led to the launch of Resume Restoration in 2020, where she partners directly with professionals to strengthen their positioning and support them in securing new opportunities.
When asked what she does for a living, Clementine’s tongue-in-cheek response will forever be that she is a “glorified cheerleader.” In practice, this means working one-on-one with professionals to uncover their strengths, celebrate and articulate their accomplishments, and develop strategic, accomplishment-driven career materials that give them the confidence and clarity to step into their next chapter.
ERIN WALLACE
Graphic Designer & Owner
Erin Wallace worked for 8 years as an educator before pursuing her passion for graphic design. She has completed Adobe Creative Cloud coursework at Mount Royal University and has designed over 150 resumes templates to date. Combining her design skills with her BA in English and passion for precision, Erin works with individuals to create polished and organized resumes that stand out to hiring managers.

Michelle Cormier is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional with a robust background and nearly 20 years of experience in Recruitment and Human Resources across engineering, construction, oil and gas, consulting, and aviation sectors. Since April 2016, she has also excelled as a freelance Resume Writer supporting clients with a variety of backgrounds, assisting them in crafting compelling resumes that effectively showcase their qualifications and value. Michelle's dual expertise in talent acquisition and resume writing uniquely positions her to understand the nuances of the job market, enabling her to provide strategic guidance to individuals seeking to enhance their professional profiles and market themselves effectively.
