Our Resume Restoration services combine strategic career positioning with professional resume design. Through personalized one-on-one consultations, we help professionals clearly communicate their value and move confidently toward their next opportunity.

Each engagement is built around a live 60-90 min zoom consultation, allowing our writers to collaborate with you in real time to refine your professional narrative, strengthen your positioning, and present your experience with clarity and confidence.

Whether you are pursuing a promotion, career transition, or new opportunity, our services combine strategic content development and professional design to deliver documents that are both compelling and polished.

What We Offer:

Resume Restoration

Your 90 minute Zoom appointment is a one-on-one strategic coaching session with an HR Specialist to review your resume, audit the content, and target it for the job you want. Once the content of your resume has been finalized, you will select a design from our portfolio comprised of 18 custom resume choices. Your designer will then format your resume to best tell your story and capture your professional brand. Within 3 business days you will receive your PDF resume via email and you will have one week of access to work with your designer to complete any edits. Once your service is complete, you will receive a final folder with 3 versions of your resume: the formatted PDF, a converted Word version of the formatted resume, and an unformatted Word version, which we refer to as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatible resume.

Cover Letter

Your Resume Writer will collaborate with you to develop a targeted, high-impact cover letter designed to strengthen your application and clearly communicate your value to hiring managers. Once finalized, you will receive a professionally formatted cover letter that aligns seamlessly with your resume design, creating a cohesive and polished application package.

LinkedIn Optimization

Our LinkedIn optimization service is designed to boost visibility and elevate your online presence. Our optimization allows you to leverage your LinkedIn as an opportunity driver and increases the chance of your profile being identified in key word searches by hiring managers and recruiters. You will also select a custom banner image from our portfolio.

Update includes: Updating your headline | Updating your About section to your resume professional profile and qualifications/skills/competencies | Ensuring your experience includes all relevant descriptors | Opening your profile to recruiters | Updating your education, volunteer experience, professional affiliations, and languages | Updating your skills section

Interview Preparation

Approach every interview with confidence. This one-hour Zoom session combines interview best practices with a live mock interview designed to prepare you for the types of questions you are most likely to encounter. You will receive real-time coaching and feedback on how to clearly communicate your experience, position your strengths, and deliver compelling responses. The session is recorded so you can review the feedback and continue refining your approach.

Resume Update

Book a 30 minute sessions to revise the content of you resume and add any new positions or content you may have. Your content will be included in your formatted resume and ATS versions.
